This newer Mk4 2.0 tdci titx has a 70L tank and on the same style of driving town/long run mix I just about get the same ammount of miles from the tank as the Mk3 with a smaller tank. 43 posts · Joined 2007. #6 · Nov 7, 2007. Warning to all new mondeo owners. I nearly came a cropper the other day! My fuel warning has come on at 47 miles and anther time 32. Be aware you also get dramitc drops from there on i.e travell a mile and you loose est. 3 miles fuel sometime more and thats taking it sready. .
