For the Simple Native Trainer (The Trainer with just text on the screen) you have to go to Options and then on the right side there is a option called Enable/Disable Keys and just disable that. For the Zolika Trainer i cant tell because i'm not using it. Try looking in the Trainer Settings menu.
You wont be Banned by Rockstargames. as far as i know if GTA 4 has a Anticheat it would be for online. I have yet to see that since i think i can recall opening and using Simple Native Trainer in Online mode and using it without consequences whatsoever. Your Singleplayer doesnt change other peoples experience so your mod menu isnt harming anyone.

No need to downgrade, I use simple_native_trainer_1.2.0.32.zip, it has many files, but minimum set of files for trainer to work - put them into plugins subdir of GTA IV with Ultimate ASI Loader (dsound.dll in FitGirl repack) - is: aCompleteEditionHook.asi (loads scripthook.dll needed for trainer*.asi, without it trainer won't load) ScriptHook.dll.
