I think there's only 4 police cars in total (two chase cars and two roadblock cars). If you played split-screen, crashed all the police cars in the same spot, and had a player just sit and watch them so they wouldn't despawn, you could race around the map with 4 stars unimpeded. Lots of fun with this game.

It can be done and it has been done for games. Last racing game to have split screen on PC was Split/Second in 2010. It was done by a studio with less budget than EA. I think we need to demand certain features from games if they are open to listen to players. After all we are the ones that pay for the product.
