First of all, you must go to your System Settings in the game. This is found in the “Console Settings” section. Within that menu, you can change the language and the locale. From there, you can change your game from Russian to English as well. You can also choose the language and then press Enter to start the game.
Cannot change Black Ops 3 language to English because of my region ( RU/CIS ). I am not from Russia, though and don't want to play the game in Russian.
