Installing the Kinect SDK. Next install the Developer Tookits. If you start Device Manager you should be able to see the Kinect Installed. Startup the Developer Toolkit Browser. Go to the Tools tab and select Kimnect Explorer-D2D. Click Run. You should now see the output from your kinect.
