Curious point about Denise Whiting/Cafe Hon. Something I’ve always found curious, that I thought everyone here would appreciate. In almost every restaurant, the owner argues with Gordon that their bad food is good. The way Denise operates, by 86’ing every item, when there’s a single complaint, she’s the only owner I’ve seen, to argue Peace Cafe offered some of the best vegan comfort food I've ever had, drawing from Korean, Japanese, Moroccan, Mexican, and American cuisines to provide uniquely delicious dishes at a really reasonable price.
